I'll Sleep When I'm Dead ...

... to quote the late, great Warren Zevon.

     When last I wrote, I had just signed on to do background layouts, on an 11 month contract, for a Disney show being produced by local Halifax animation studio, Copernicus Studios, and I'd also commenced storyboarding the first of 3 episodes of a T.V. series called 'Pure'. I've just finished the 'boards for 'Pure' yesterday and am now done with that show - for the time being, at least. This is fortuitous, as I've been called back to storyboard another episode of 'The Mist', with which I also thought I was done, last month! All of this work now has to be shoe-horned around my 40 hour work week with Copernicus, which commenced on the sixth of this month and requires my presence at their studio. This leaves little or no time for my own work, particularly given that I've just resumed teaching my Monday night and Saturday morning classes at the Lebrun Centre in Bedford. I'm also scheduled to resume teaching my Comics and Visual Storytelling Class for NSCAD - which, luckily, has had its start date postponed from Sep. 21st to its original start date of Sep. 28th, though it remains to be seen whether or not enough people will sign up for it to run. I think it likely that that will go ahead. As I said, in the title of this post ....
